You have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order to return your purchase made on our website. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.


To return an item, go to your customer account, My Orders tab and click on the RETURN button on your order.


You will then have the possibility to make a return, an exchange or request a refund. Once you have made your choice, you will receive a return ticket, the amount of which will be deducted from a possible refund.

Refunds are then made to the same payment method used.

Special conditions

Some of our items, due to their special characteristics, cannot be returned.
